We operate anygig as a freelancer collective and for this reason we only debit 10% of gig value.
As a collective, every year we share 50% of company profits equally between every freelancer who completes more than 25 jobs on the platform. The ten freelancers with the most completed work receive 25% more each and are profiled on this page.
